1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "bdbig" refers to the bdbig platform, its operators, directors, employees, agents, and authorised representatives.
• "Player" / "User" / "You" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the bdbig website or any associated service.
• "Platform" refers to the bdbig website accessible at https://bdbig.bid and all sub-pages, features, games, and services made available thereon.
• "Account" refers to the individual registered profile created by a Player on the bdbig Platform.
• "Balance" refers to the total sum of funds, bonus credits, and withdrawable winnings held in a Player's Account at any given time.
• "Bonus" refers to any promotional credit, free bet, cashback, free spin, or incentive offered by bdbig to Players under specific terms.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times a Bonus amount must be staked before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Taka" / "BDT" / "৳" refers to the Bangladeshi Taka, the currency in which the Platform primarily operates for Bangladesh-based Players.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any part of the bdbig Platform — including browsing the website, creating an Account, making a deposit, or placing a wager — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with the bdbig Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the Platform. Continued use of the Platform following any update to these Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the updated version.

3 Eligibility & Registration

Use of the bdbig Platform is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during continued use of the Platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age. bdbig operates an 18+ policy without exception. Players found to be under 18 will have their accounts immediately closed and all associated balances forfeited.
• You are accessing the Platform as an individual acting on your own behalf, not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You are not a current employee, officer, director, consultant, or immediate family member of any employee of bdbig or any affiliated entity.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from the bdbig Platform or had an Account closed due to a breach of these Terms.
• You are not located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited under applicable local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.

During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. Providing false information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.

4 Account Management

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs on your bdbig Account. You must keep your login credentials — including your username and password — strictly confidential and must not share them with any third party under any circumstances. bdbig will never ask you to disclose your password via email, live chat, or any other channel.

You must notify bdbig immediately via the live chat or email support channel if you believe your Account has been accessed without your authorisation. bdbig reserves the right to suspend an Account pending investigation of any suspected unauthorised access or security breach.

bdbig reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to government-issued photo identification (National ID card, passport, or driving licence), proof of address, and proof of payment method. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in the suspension of withdrawals or the closure of your Account.

Players may request the closure of their Account at any time by contacting the bdbig support team. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any remaining withdrawable balance will be processed to the Player's registered payment method following satisfactory completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

bdbig accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively via the approved payment methods listed on the Platform at the time of transaction. Approved methods currently include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. bdbig reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.

All deposits are subject to a minimum deposit amount of ৳200 unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion. Maximum deposit limits may apply per transaction, per day, and per calendar month, as displayed in the Account deposit interface.

• Deposits made via bKash or Nagad are credited to the Player's Account within minutes of successful transaction confirmation from the payment provider.
• Deposits made via bank transfer may take up to two (2) business days to be credited, subject to the processing times of the relevant financial institution.
• Withdrawal requests that have passed verification checks are typically processed to mobile wallets (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) within five (5) minutes of approval.
• Bank and card withdrawals may take between one (1) and five (5) business days depending on the receiving institution.
• Withdrawals are processed only to payment methods previously used for deposits on the same Account, unless bdbig's compliance team has approved an alternative method following identity verification.

bdbig reserves the right to perform additional verification checks prior to processing any withdrawal. Players are responsible for any transaction fees levied by their payment provider. bdbig does not charge internal withdrawal processing fees, though this may be subject to change with prior notice.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

bdbig may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback, reload promotions, and other incentives to registered Players. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, including eligibility criteria, minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements, game restrictions, maximum bet limits while wagering a bonus, and expiry dates. These specific terms are published alongside each promotion and form part of these Terms & Conditions.

• Bonuses may not be withdrawn directly. Only winnings generated through the completion of applicable wagering requirements are eligible for withdrawal.
• Where a maximum bet restriction applies during bonus wagering (typically ৳500 per spin or bet), any wager exceeding that limit placed while a bonus is active may, at bdbig's discretion, result in the voiding of the bonus and associated winnings.
• Bonuses are issued for recreational play only. Any Player found to be employing strategies designed to exploit bonuses — including but not limited to hedging bets, arbitrage, or systematic low-risk wagering to meet requirements — will have their bonus and associated winnings cancelled.
• bdbig reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Players who have already opted into a promotion at the time of modification will be treated under the terms applicable at the time of opt-in, unless the modification is required for legal or regulatory compliance.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per Player, per household, per device, and per IP address.

7 Games & Betting Rules

The bdbig Platform offers casino games, live dealer tables, crash games, virtual sports, and a sports betting sportsbook. Each game or betting market is governed by its own individual rules, which are displayed within the game interface or betting market page. Players are responsible for reading and understanding these rules before participating.

In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a game or bet, the outcome recorded in bdbig's server logs shall be considered the definitive and final record. Player-side display errors, connection interruptions, or device malfunctions do not constitute grounds for the invalidation of a settled wager.

• All casino game outcomes are determined by certified random number generator (RNG) software supplied by bdbig's approved game providers, including Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Spribe, and Play'n GO.
• Live dealer game outcomes are determined in real time by the physical result of the game (cards dealt, roulette wheel spin, dice roll) as confirmed by the live studio feed and the game provider's server records.
• Sports betting odds are subject to change prior to the commencement of an event. Bets placed at a given set of odds are settled at those odds regardless of subsequent changes, provided the bet was accepted by bdbig's system.
• bdbig reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market that was offered in error, at incorrect odds, or where a technical fault affected the integrity of the market.
• In-play (live) bets are accepted at bdbig's discretion. bdbig reserves the right to suspend in-play betting markets at any time without notice.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions and behaviours are strictly prohibited on the bdbig Platform. Any Player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will be subject to immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all balances, including any pending withdrawals:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Opening or operating more than one Account, whether under the same or a different identity.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with games, place bets, or perform account actions.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, tournament, or betting market.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or technical faults in games or the Platform. Any winnings derived from a confirmed software error are not payable and will be removed from the Player's balance.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including the use of bdbig as a vehicle for converting illicit funds into legitimate currency.
• Charging back any deposit made to the Platform via any payment method. Any Player who initiates a chargeback will have their account suspended immediately pending investigation.
• Harassing, threatening, or using abusive language directed at bdbig staff or other players via any communication channel.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the bdbig Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, game assets, software, page layouts, and data compilations — is the property of bdbig or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. All rights are reserved.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or create derivative works from any Platform content without express written permission from bdbig.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software component of the Platform.
• Use the bdbig brand name, logo, or any associated marks in any manner that implies endorsement, partnership, or affiliation without prior written consent.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Platform by any automated means.

Any unauthorised use of bdbig's intellectual property will result in immediate account closure and may give rise to civil or criminal liability.

10 Privacy & Data

bdbig collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy and is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering and using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

bdbig implements industry-standard technical and organisational security measures, including 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption for all data in transit, to protect your personal and financial information. However, no transmission of data over the internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure, and bdbig cannot warrant the absolute security of information you transmit to the Platform.

bdbig will not sell, rent, or otherwise transfer your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for their independent marketing purposes without your explicit consent, except as required by law or as necessary to deliver the services you have requested (such as processing payments through bKash, Nagad, or other payment providers).

11 Responsible Gaming

12 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bdbig and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of winnings due to technical failure, or interruption of service.

bdbig's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

bdbig does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance wherever practicable.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude bdbig's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

13 Amendments to These Terms

bdbig reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time at its sole discretion. When material changes are made, bdbig will notify registered Players by displaying a notice on the Platform and, where practicable, by sending a notification to the email address registered to the Player's Account.

The updated Terms & Conditions will take effect from the date specified in the notice. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your binding acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 4 of these Terms.

14 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — whether contractual, tortious, statutory, or otherwise — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the bdbig Platform's operating jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

In the event of a dispute between a Player and bdbig, the Player should first contact the bdbig support team by live chat or email to seek an informal resolution. bdbig aims to resolve all Player complaints within five (5) business days of receipt. Where a complaint cannot be resolved informally, the dispute resolution procedure specified by bdbig's operating terms shall apply.

The English language version of these Terms & Conditions shall govern in all cases. Any translation provided is for convenience only and shall not have legal effect.
